I bought this product and received it in the mail promptly, but only one of them stuck to my laptop! I tried to install the first one and it would not stick to my laptop and is essentially useless. The second one sticks, it slightly moves around but not nearly as bad as the first one. I'm not sure how to contact the seller in hopes they will give me a partial refund for the one that's useless. or even just send me a new one that will stick.Would give 4-5 stars if seller accommodates either of my requests of the defective one.
