Review on opsmanager by William Fowler

I like this tool because it gives me all my tools in one place which makes life easier for myself as well other employees who are working with us at our office! It has helped save time by being able get info faster than going up multiple floors where paper files were kept or getting help via email if i needed something answered quickly!! There could be more options added so we can do things quicker when using computers instead looking through paperwork etc., Also there needs improvement regarding customer service department since they don't seem interested about helping customers out anymore once tickets/ issues come into their inboxes; however sometimes people just close them without reading what's written within said ticket unless someone asks questions directly then its opened back after closed again due too many times asking same question over &over..
