I've tried several of these, buy and keep coming back, ranging from cheap to expensive. When I first opened it I found it too light and cheap! I was wrong, that's the case when simple is better. It just works the way it's supposed to. he has no shoulder pads, no extra straps (trying to relieve his armpits). But he is not needed. The shoulder pad version just made you play around with them and add extra unnecessary bulk, they NEVER sit long enough to add anything. Some have straps that try to pull the straps away from the armpits. No, they don't work! More useless extras. This product has a nice WIDE part of the waist, will not roll, slide or pull on the shirt. It stays in place and tones the abdomen and lower back. the posterior bone remains inside and does not begin to protrude from above. Whilst there is additional fabric where the shoulder straps are sewn snugly to the back of the neck (compared to replicas), there is no force to put pressure on the back of the neck like many others. The shoulder straps are thin, but almost don't bother under the armpits like in other products. They ALL bother you there, no matter what. You won't be fumbling with those straps on this one all the time. You don't forget it's on, but you don't lose focus on your work while it's on. The lightness of this product is great. You can really wear it all day. Miscellaneous. From 15 minutes to 1 hour (enforced). As a designer who sits behind a screen all day, I am very happy with this! This is FINALLY PERFECT! Many Thanks
