Updated 3 Star Rating: I am pleased to report that I have contacted Willhi and they have promised to replace the unit as the probes are not separate are available. Unfortunately this unit was out of stock at the time but let me know they were out of stock for a month. I got in touch this evening and they replied straight away that they are available and will ship one. I will report it and update to 4 when it arrives and possibly 5 when it runs for a year. Initial 1 Star Rating: Received in the first week of August 2019. the control allowed too large temperature fluctuations. Setting on to 225 and off to 225.5 limited the oscillation to about 5 degrees due to the time it takes for the element to heat up. I was very happy with this decision. Unfortunately last week I pulled it out of the drawer and tried to smoke a little and the unit read about 470 degrees at ambient temperature. I'm not sure if it's the sensor or the device itself and can't get a response from the company via email. Unfortunately I can't find a similar device online so I think I'll have to order a new smoker.
