I really like this faucet set. However, I had a similar problem as some other people. The faucet trim and drain plug come loose. They were installed just a month ago. I expect it will be years rather than a month before the finish fails or gets dirty. This is very important if you like the look, but should you be concerned about long-term use with wear and tear on the finish? The rest of the faucet works great. UPDATE: I contacted BWE through their website. They reacted pretty quickly. I was impressed considering some of the reviews. They send me a replacement. {WOW! It was fast. I received the replacement fittings 4 days after I applied. Well done BWE.} I will update after installing and using. But for now I am very happy with their response time, reaction and action.
