I was looking for different ways to organize skis for our family. I wanted something durable, easy to install, and adjustable to fit my basement. I've just installed this kit and am impressed: - quality materials - clear instructions - well packaged - good padding. As a result, I put 2 skis on each side. However, I appreciate that I could fit all four pairs (two small children's skis) on one side if I needed less overhead space. Highly recommend for anyone interested in ceiling mounting their winter gear. Impact wrench and nut to drive the bolts in (the head of the bolt didn't match my set of nuts perfectly, but I had a pretty good match) - installation time was about 45 minutes.
