Excellent kitchen knives. They're certainly expensive, but they cut and slice beautifully. The knives are attractive and about the size of a small standard kitchen knife. The handle of these knives has a certain weight and they are comfortable to hold. They are very sharp and perfectly cut a variety of products, from hard to soft. There are two knives in the pack and I've been using them constantly since I received them. If you're looking to spend a little more for a good set of basic kitchen knives, this is a good choice.
