Very functional! in clothes racks
I received this hanger to mark baby clearance items. I wanted something small and compact that could be easily stored away when not in use. The two tiers of hanging area worked great for me, I was also able to hang random items on hooks to organize them while tagging. It's assembled like a dream, clearer instructions/labeling could have been used for this but I figured it out easily enough. The casters move smoothly on my LVP and on my basement concrete floor. It's very smooth, not wobbly at all, lightweight but doesn't feel cheap.
