Good supplement - diet and sports nutrition

Due to my lymph node surgery I need to maintain my protein intake. This product is high in protein and reasonable in calories. I found I couldn't take the whole box at once. Too heavy for my stomach. I keep an open box in the fridge and drink in good gulps throughout the day. It was easier for me to shop at Revain and have them delivered to me.
