I really liked this monitor. No flickering as others have mentioned. I've had this monitor for almost 30 days and haven't had any problems. Impeccable image quality and brightness. The colors are phenomenal. The black/grey ones look really good to me. However, about 2 days ago, after doing my best to check for dead pixels, I found 1 tiny dead pixel about 1.5 inches from the outer center on the right side of the monitor. But it took me 3 weeks to notice it. will not affect the experience or performance in any way. After hearing about some of the frustrating customer service cases with LG when it comes to product malfunctions, I believe getting a repaired product is not worth the time and energy. With a panel this big, I'm sure others have had to endure the same thing. That being said, at nearly $2,000 you would expect absolute perfection, but to be realistic. I can live with 1 dead pixel. However, if something else had happened within the insurance package I paid for, it will be delivered in the box. Overall I would give this monitor a 9/10.
