Review on Sandstone 🎨 Rit DyeMore Liquid Dye by Jennifer Roberts

You still need to add vinegar

Good to excellent with three colors, with Rit Dyemore. It contains an acid dye that is effective as it dyes nylon well in a rich, deep color (regular Rit dye also contains an acid dye and will dye nylon, but this is a much better choice if you are dyeing nylon). When I first used Dyemore I didn't add vinegar as is normally required for use with acid dyes, whether it's dying nylon, wool or other animal fibres. The instructions on the Dyemore packaging state that adding vinegar (or any other weak acid) is not necessary when using Dyemore, but the faint staining results suggest otherwise. I later repeated using the same Dyemore dye, but this time with the addition of regular vinegar, and the results were much better - full, rich color. I can't say it dyes polyester effectively; my longest time in the pot in the heat was 45 minutes. Some of the nylon fabrics I have dyed are a third blend of polyester and it seems to me that the interlaced strands of the polyester fabric have not been dyed. No stitched threads, no pocket linings, no other polyester details. The color of the polyester has changed slightly, but I haven't seen it work as an effective polyester dye after 45 minutes. or under even in the heat (180-210 f). Polyester is particularly difficult to dye and Dyemore will take much longer immersion and heating times, but do a little research if you want to dye polyester. My main goal was nylon or mostly nylon and my results have been good. No stitched threads, no pocket linings, no other polyester details.
