Review on ProclaimCRM by Raymond Gray

I like that it is very easy for me as an employee of my church organization where we use this software system daily! It's so simple but yet effective in managing our contacts database which helps us keep track who has been contacted by whom when they have visited or called etcetera!! Sometimes you can't find certain things if there are not enough people searching through them - however overall i do enjoy how user friendly everything seems from setting up emails/phone numbers all over again every time someone changes their contact info (which happens often) until finding what exactly was changed within each field such as email address phone number ect..

This makes contacting anyone much easier since everyone knows just about anything needs only be typed into one search bar rather than having multiple tabs open at once looking under different categories trying harder then ever before.
