Like some reviewers, I had trouble loading the CD from my laptop. It took me a really long time to figure out what could be the problem when the computer doesn't recognize the drive. After doing some research on the internet, the first thing you need to do is go to the Boot Manager screen, disable Secure Boot and make sure Legacy ROM boot is enabled. Save your changes and press the command key, either ESC or F12 (depending on your computer) to go to the boot manager screen. You should now be able to boot from the disc by clicking on the CD/DVD drive option.
