It's dead. And I don't mean undead.

Received. Sit out this weekend for upcoming tricks or treats and it's dead. Not undead. He's blown away. No energy. Flat on the face. All connections checked. Everything is fine, but nothing. I would like a refund and would like to return the product. Very disappointed. Very upset. I don't have time to replace it with something else for Halloween.
