I love this product and was so disappointed when I received it today as the glass was damaged. It came in the usual plastic envelope that clothes are sent in, so it had no protection. And usually a solid lip cream kind of melted and partially leaked, even though December was cold. I hope the seller will fix the packaging issue because this is a great lip oil and I recommend it for chapped lips.
