I'm impressed: the advanced features and ECU coding are cheaper than the intermediate Autel/Launch.

I was a little skeptical about this ODB tool, it looked like a Thinkcar (which I believe is related to this company -Mucar- or at least has the same technology based on the user interface that Presentation and the fact that Thinkcar has a Thinkcar Max that looks almost exactly like this Mucar V06 block and an additional $49 annual subscription for bi-directional actuation and ECU coding has a slightly different user interface, well, you get the mean Even though this tool is LESS HALF PRICE ($429) it works the same as the Autel DS808 ($899) apart from some of the premium features Autel has, a nicer shockproof case, some accessories etc. - yes although it is nice you have to realize that at the end of the day this tool leads you to the same place at the end of the day, to cover the rest of the reviews this tool offers many advanced service features well detailed in the product details. I used it to bleed the ABS on a 2016 Toyota Corolla and I reset the SRS and found a specific cylinder misfire fault on a 2016 Honda Accord. I also used it to reset the battery check after a battery change on a 2015 BMW i3 and it worked great. The lack of cables is underestimated. The freedom this key system offers is outstanding as you can be under the hood and check in while adjusting the data in real-time without pulling the cord. You plug it in and you're done, the ODB2 port powers the dongle and it connects to the main unit, making requests and reading information with very little delay. Considering the asking price, the build quality of the device is excellent. I kinda miss the retractable stand you find on Autel and Launch devices and I feel like it's more than a cost cut, it's just an oversight, it's not a feature that gets used very often , but it's always nice to have them and what clip to hang it up on when needed. The carrying case is semi-rigid as you can see from the photos and while it doesn't offer the best drop protection, it will definitely absorb most drops and bumps that you put on the device. k, I would still strongly advise against dropping the device :) The manual is detailed and not written in all broken English, so a prop for a proper, workable localization for the US market. Charging accessories are standard and come with non-US adapters if they are still 110V country outlets. Or you can use ANY USB power source and use ANY USB-C cable for charging. You must use fractions.) You get the same functionality, minus $49/year per car, subscribe to the most advanced features, but still if you need those features on a vehicle even if you use it once. You'll likely save hundreds or even thousands by doing the work yourself after diagnosing and changing values if needed. The interface is simple and ANYONE can use it if they have vehicle maintenance knowledge. Some corners trimmed to make it work for $429. but it will help you 100%. Recommended for professional or experienced hobby mechanics. It replaced the Autel MK808 as it does more, doesn't require a subscription for basic operation, and doesn't require a cable.
