This meat thermometer is exactly what I needed and I'm glad I decided to purchase it. It's so easy to use and comfortable with the wireless monitor. It's almost like "set it and forget it". You'll know when your food is ready, even if you're far away. You can control 4 different types of meat at the same time, each with different indications. Monitors are easy to read and instructions are accurate. I've only used it once and plan to use it more often this summer. Edit: I've used a pork, beef, and chicken thermometer so far and it works great.
