The interface is intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate from one screen to another without having to re-enter your information every time you want to make changes or take advantage of new features / functionality within our system.

Also being able to see all benefit programs at once instead of navigating through each separate program helps us keep track of everything we need in ONE place! Nothing yet!! We have not found any drawbacks with this product so far! Benefits Administration for my organization - ease of use (very simple)Benefits Management/Maintenance (ability to quickly process claims). The ease to use, all features are great for what I'm using them in now (healthcare). Nothing really! Just make sure you get everything that is needed because it does cost some money so be ready with your wallet/checkbook if this applies to you as well!! Health care system we're working through right now- easy access from anywhere at any time which makes my job easier than ever before.
