great but. best building toy

This is a great starter set for children who want to teach them how clockwork works. They can make their gears work in many directions, but for some weird reason, not when they're both vertical and horizontal. If they can get them in such a way that the two directions work together I would give them 5 stars.

Pros
  • Nice design
Cons
  • Talk to the seller

A toy to stimulate a good spirit

Looks like my 4 year old son will love them! He loves blocks and mental activity so I thought it would be great. They are a recommended toy for preschoolers and are great for occupational therapy. Some parts were difficult to assemble and disassemble and I didn't need my help for that. However, I find this to be a good toy and allows the child to be creative.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • The list will go on.

Baby gift in gear sets

This was a gift for my nephew's 3rd birthday. I don't have a photo of him playing with gears, but I have a pretty blurry picture of the box. My nephew does a little bit of putting gears together and prefers to just carry them around and fiddle with them. It's a good quality toy and he still loves the gears, but for a child just three years old it can be a bit difficult to get used to.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Dear

Grand liked the spinning gears.

And her father too! Once she got used to it, putting it together became easy enough. She seemed fascinated putting them together, removing one, I repeat. I try to only buy toys that require imagination and a little handwork/brain work. We'll have to see how their interest holds up over time. The single crank seemed a bit flimsy and difficult to fix. Hopefully it will last up to 4 years trying to put it on. Actually it would be nice to have a 2.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Empty

My nephew loved playing with this

My nephew loved playing with it. He loves wheels so this was the perfect article for him. He knew exactly how to take the pieces right out of the box and is only 2.5 years old. Several times I had to help him squeeze them, but he knew how to snap them into place himself. We set up our UP and it was a great time. I recommend the expansion pack as this set only comes with four small base pieces. He wanted to destroy them all. I ordered an expansion pack for him. Upset.

Pros
  • . Everything is great!
Cons
  • High price

Can't recommend enough!

Our then 18 month old son was drawn to this set in the discovery area of a local museum. We got his own set when he was 20/21 months old and he has been playing with it almost every day for MONTHS. We have had this product for about 5 months now and my husband and I consider this set to be one of the best toys we have bought for him. We started him with pre-assembled chains of orange and green pieces so he could learn how to fit gears into little pins. Eventually we started making it harder for

Pros
  • An absolute legend

  • Safety
