I like that it is very easy to use once you've logged in with your credentials as opposed of having an account set up all over again from scratch or going through training each time new employees join this service! The only thing i dislike about virtual mailbox was their lackadaisical approach towards customer support after they purchased our business (that's not my fault). We have been using VMWare mailboxes since 2007 without any issues but suddenly at some point we were unable access them due to security changes made by VMware which required us adding additional VPNs just so customers could log into there emails via Outlook Web Access - something unheard off before now-a days!! Their pricing structure has also changed drastically compared to what used be offered when first starting out 10 years ago, making things more costly than expected if one wants full email functionality instead of webmail alone.- Very fast setup process & seamless integration.
