I've wanted a pneumatic nail gun for a long time. I didn't need anything special, but spending a few hundred bucks on a nail gun and air compressor was too expensive. A relative told me about the Senco kit and I decided to give it a try. I love this nailer. I work wood as a hobby and don't know how I used to survive without one. Nailer is great. Drives nails in quickly and easily without leaving marks on the wood surface. Easy adjustment of the insertion depth. The gun can also use multiple rod sizes (and this kit comes with a variety of rods). So far I haven't had a dropout in about 100 shots. The compressor is good too. Lightweight and easy to carry. Normally the compression needs to be reloaded about every 5-8 shots, which can take 10-20 seconds. However, if you don't nail too fast, you can keep nailing while it's pumping. A full charge from an empty state takes about 2-3 minutes. I think there is little information in the manual. There was no information on attaching the hose connector to the back of the stud gun. There was tape in the kit so I figured I would have to tape some of it onto the connector and then screw the connector into the back of the pin gun. It seemed to work fine, but I don't like guessing how to put a kit together! I'm sure it's not the fastest compressor but for the money and size it works well. This is a very handy tool that really speeds up my projects. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use compressor kit.
