I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Excellent seating comfort thanks to lumbar support and spacious armrests; all metal construction apart from the wheels; 20 minutes to put together. There's no way to adjust the back, even at the highest setting, and the wheels aren't rubberized. Overall though, a fantastic ergonomic chair; here's hoping it holds up for years to come.
