Easy yet effective communication for hoteliers & guests

It is very easy for our team members who are not tech savvy at all! They have created an app that allows us as hoteliers or managers of hotels with limited IT knowledge (like me) can easily manage their apps without having technical skills in this area - which I love!! The only thing we dislike about it so far has been how slow they sometimes respond when you contact them via WhatsApp but other than that everything else seems great. We use mainly Whatsapp chat feature because its free unlike others where there's charges involved if using SMS/MMS messaging features etc., Also since most people nowadays prefer whatsapps over texting messages, thats why i think whatshapd would be more suitable here rather then text message services like Twilio / TextNow service providers out there. Our main objective was just simple yet effective communication between guests & management teams within Hotel properties across UAE marketplaces such as Expedia Hotels Worldwide platform including Book.

  • The features it offers such as the ease of use, the seamless messaging experience and user interface design
Cons
  • It is a bit slow sometimes when it comes to answering messages via whatsapp when contacted about any problems or issues with the app
