Easy and affordable way manage guest bookings

I like how it is easy for us as an agency or hotel group to use this software in order to keep track of our guests' stays across all hotels within our portfolio. It's also very helpful when we want to do any kind of analysis with regards to revenue generated by each property (i.e., average check). The only thing that could be improved would be if they had more integrations into other platforms such as Salesforce so you can have your CRM data synced up with APH which helps make things easier. We

Easy yet effective communication for hoteliers & guests

It is very easy for our team members who are not tech savvy at all! They have created an app that allows us as hoteliers or managers of hotels with limited IT knowledge (like me) can easily manage their apps without having technical skills in this area - which I love!! The only thing we dislike about it so far has been how slow they sometimes respond when you contact them via WhatsApp but other than that everything else seems great.
