I'm very excited about this Loved the rotary cutter and couldn't wait to use it but was so disappointed when I opened the package. The rotary knife wasn't able to cut a piece of terry cloth so I decided to replace the blade. It worked much better after installing a new blade, but I had to redo it more than once. The safety mechanism for locking the slicer does not work, so you cannot lock it. The cutter really feels like it's falling apart. I just wasted my money. Update: The company contacted me and offered a refund and replaced the disc cutter. The new cutter works great and I have no more complaints. Thanks for the replacement.
