Great solution for home projects
Great for the price. Not used on granite, but will do for a few holes in ceramic tile or soft stone. Take your time, don't overheat it, keep it moist, and brush it every minute or two. I made two holes in the ceramic tile, I think I can make two more before it gets too boring. Keep in mind this is about a quarter the price of what you can get at hardware stores. Best hit of all time? no But very valuable when used correctly.
Pros
- Start the hole diagonally, make a circular mark, then hold the drill straight. When using diamond burs, use lubricant (water), otherwise the diamond bur will burn through.
