Description of πŸ’Ž ChgImposs Diamond Extractor Ceramic Remover

This diamond drill bits are made of iron matrix with smooth nickel plating surface makes the drill bit rustless & durable. A thicken diamond coating on the tops offers superior cutting strength for maximum drilling outcomes. The hole saws are processed for a smooth and exact finish. The chip groove is excellent for easily clean tile hole saw and chip evacuation. Start your hole diagonally, make a round trace and then hold drill straight. When you using the diamond drill bits, please use lubrication (water),otherwise the diamond core drill will burn. Can be used with a standard electric drill. This diamond coated core drill bit removes a complete circle from glass, tiles, marble, granite, ceramic or other.

keep it wet in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

Goes perfectly with my porcelain stoneware tile in the shower. Use it as a shower head. Be sure to use plenty of water when using and start at an angle to slowly flatten the bit for the rest of the cut. I made a water container while drilling with it but to keep it cool.

Pros
  • Can be used with a standard power drill. This diamond coated core drill removes a full circle of glass, tile, marble, granite, ceramic and other materials.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Complete crap: I was lucky enough to finish one version.

I had to drill through a 1 inch thick granite countertop. I cut like most YouTube videos show: start at an angle, add water, rotate side to side. Everything went pretty smoothly, but it ended up being totally fat and bent, looks like the mandrel wasn't welded well to the cylinder (see video), it didn't go through the wood at all.

Pros
  • Hole saw machined for a smooth and precise finish. The chip groove is great for an easy to clean hole saw and chip evacuation.
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Great solution for home projects

Great for the price. Not used on granite, but will do for a few holes in ceramic tile or soft stone. Take your time, don't overheat it, keep it moist, and brush it every minute or two. I made two holes in the ceramic tile, I think I can make two more before it gets too boring. Keep in mind this is about a quarter the price of what you can get at hardware stores. Best hit of all time? no But very valuable when used correctly.

Pros
  • Start the hole diagonally, make a circular mark, then hold the drill straight. When using diamond burs, use lubricant (water), otherwise the diamond bur will burn through.
Cons
  • No machine
