We were looking for a cheap raincoat to wear when a 2 year old is playing indoors with a water table. I was looking for a deal that would cover her if she accidentally spills water on herself and something that wouldn't be nice enough to make me feel guilty about cutting off our water play sleeves. It was perfect for this, but honestly I wasn't expecting it to be so darn cute. It's also surprisingly durable. The vinyl feels thin but she rips those buttons when she wants to quickly remove her coat - I thought it would just rip but not really. She is so in love with the images of frogs on her coat; sometimes she just sits and looks at them. If you live in a place where it rains every day, this coat may not last. But for most uses this cape is way better than I expected.
