I've done everything the hub requires and the app actually sees the hub as expected. However, the second one I'm trying to add is a lightbulb. it reports that it cannot connect to the hub. When I restart the app it says it can't connect to the hub. I have factory reset it (maybe 6 times already) and it connects again like new out of the box. But when I try to add lightbulb. he loses contact again. After calling support, this is step 1 of what I am supposed to do: 1) Leave the hub powered off for an hour. Once that is done, move on to the second step. In other words, let's get rid of you for an hour. By the way, the other steps require you to turn off the ROUTER and MODEM completely and also go through all the waiting time. In a house full of people working/studying from home, this only happens after hours. After that I can call back and maybe get a # reply. Good. I'll update this as needed, but let me start the 6 hour step-by-step process and come back.
