My daughter loves these shoes. They are light and durable and offer good support. After a few months of intensive use, the shoes have worked well. The only thing that came off was one of the colored dots on the front of each shoe because the front of the shoe was rubbed during play. The removable insole makes it easy to check the fit. I would definitely buy these shoes again. I also bought a pair of UMI (Wendi Mary Jane) shoes and found the Pediped to be much lighter than the umi shoes.
