I have no problems with this product. It's powerful and better quality than any plastic muscle massager I've come across. I bought it to put pressure on knots and stress areas where I had previously been injured. I usually just press with my fingers or a pencil (eraser down) but that's outdated so I invested in it and damn I'm glad I did. I've only had it a week, but it's already greatly improved a really tight knot in my back from pull-ups a few years ago. As long as you have someone to massage the areas you can't put pressure on, this thing is perfect. Additionally, if the sides of the thin tip are too sharp, I use both tips of the handle for muscle scraping and pressure. This is a very handy tool that any fitness person can use. The kit even included a cool brown bag with a button closure. I don't regret this purchase at all. The only thing I could change is maybe add a rubberized grip? I just spit
