Excellent Product; good price. I didn't install it myself; My son installed it for me. Hanging items is difficult here as the interior beams are metal rather than wood. All I can say is that it didn't take long; I didn't hear any swearing and the TV is still there a few weeks later. What else could you ask? The TV installed on it has a maximum size. If you want to take full advantage of the swivel function, you should plan the placement of the bracket in advance so that the TV does not hit nearby vertical walls or doors etc. Although I think this is pretty obvious.
