I ordered two remote controls and received them today. They looked fine but without instructions. :-/I do not know what that is. The instructions that came with them said you had to call tech support from 10am to 4pm, be at the car and have the keys in hand (to paraphrase it). My problem is that this is for my wife's tribute; We both leave at 7am to go in opposite directions to work; we both don't get home until after 4pm (she's a teacher so can't just leave the classroom to program the fob); As far as I know, tech support doesn't work on weekends. How does this strategy work for clients like us? Having to swap the key fobs on the previous Ford I owned I was familiar with the procedure and they programmed perfectly with no problems. I like them; there are no problems with their programming; and all buttons work fine. Clear programming instructions included with the product give it a fifth star.
