This product is a very accurate replica of the Shimano ST-EF500 3x7 MTB Bike Brake Lors Shifter Set. I have bought several SHIMANO products and they are great. I couldn't find Shimano anywhere on the Revain so I searched and finally found it for over $40. The FOTOMOR product seemed like a good deal at $19.95 so I bought it. During installation I noticed that the cable adjuster on the left side was not machined correctly. The correspondence between the threads on the adjuster and the threads in the brake housing were not machined properly. Since I'm well versed in the installation, I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I completed the installation and it worked fine. Then I noticed that the brake levers had about 3/4 inch of play at the end of the brake lever and were rattling. This was due to the poor pivot pin fit for each brake lever and derailleur housing. it was for me I removed them and returned to Revain for a full refund. Shimano products are $26.99 so that's where I bought them. Shipping takes a week but worth the wait to save $14.
