Review on IceHrm by Brandon Plowden

The best part about this program was it's ease of use, I didn't have to learn any new software at all! It took me less than an hour or two to get familiar with how everything works within my organization. There are some features that aren’t as intuitive but once you figure out what they do there isn’t much trouble using them in your daily work flow. We were able to implement HRMS very quickly by creating our own customizations from scratch rather then trying to customize something off-the shelf like other vendors offered us.
