Green gloworm with book

This comes with the green gloworm and a gloworm book.The gloworm fits in my hand, maybe 3.5"-4" tall or so. It is hard to press to turn the light on. My 3 year old struggles with this and gets very frustrated that they can't turn it on themselves. My 7 year old struggles but can light it up independently.My 3 and 7 year old aren't very interested in the book, they're more so interested in just the gloworm and who gets to hold it.It stays lit up for about 5 minutes and is made of semi-hard plastic.
