Review on Clarus Commerce by John Mejia

Very functional product with many options available

The ability for our team members to customize their own experience is what I appreciate most about this software. It's also very easy to use once you've got some practice! Some of my favorite features include how powerful it can be when we need more than just one data point at a time to display in our promotions (for example--a combination of purchase date/customer email address). Also love that they offer an option to allow payment through our point-of-sale system if needed by store owners. We are able to track customer activity across multiple channels, including web and mobile apps, as well as brick & mortar stores. This allows us to create customized offers tailored specifically to each individual user. The ability for users/employees in different departments at our organization (Sales & Marketing) is easy access through their own login page as well across other pages where they need additional information related or not directly pertaining them self / department - This provides ease when working remotely since my team now have all documents right there which enables us work faster together collaboratively.

  • Easy customization with options available without limitations; Great reporting capabilities suchas revenue trends analysis etc..etc.to make great decisions quickly before your competition has even thought up something new ;Great Customer Support Team who works fast towards providing solutions !!! Highly recommendable product from Salesforce community partner program
