Great implementation experience & good customer service

It was easy to set up our rewards program for our employees and we were able to configure the rules we needed for our business. We are still getting used to some of the features, but that is to be expected since this is a new product for us. I would highly recommend contacting the support team for any questions or concerns you may have during setup. They are very helpful and quick to respond. We had no issues with setting up our reward points program for our employees. The reporting is great…

Simple, quick & easy system built just my needs

The simplicity in using their software is one thing that I like best about this platform! It literally takes seconds for me to set everything up. There are some features which aren't available at all times but as long as they have an update scheduled then there's no problem with us waiting until we get access to them again. What I don't particularly love so much though is how expensively priced the product can be when compared to other platforms out there - especially considering what little…

Very functional product with many options available

The ability for our team members to customize their own experience is what I appreciate most about this software. It's also very easy to use once you've got some practice! Some of my favorite features include how powerful it can be when we need more than just one data point at a time to display in our promotions (for example--a combination of purchase date/customer email address). Also love that they offer an option to allow payment through our point-of-sale system if needed by store owners.…
