Review on 🚽 Moen Stainless Steel 24-Inch Bathroom Grab Bar (Model 8724) by Ronnie Staver

The bar itself is fantastic and the lids snap on nicely, but the stainless steel mounting screws are useless unless you're mounting the bar on melted butter or something. I installed two bars, one on a wooden door frame and the other on a 2 x 4 stud in the bathroom wall, and each of the stainless steel screws blew off the heads before they were half seated. I had to use deck screws for attachment, which is almost as clear as they are all covered with a plate. Why would any manufacturer make such a solid handlebar and give you such crappy mounting hardware? If you buy these bars, which I recommend, be sure to get some hardened deck screws to install them. Finally they are hardened, tempered and coated with rustproof paint. But for the propellers they would get 6 stars if it was possible.
