These masks have a silicone liner to seal the face. I have a big head and I'm generally comfortable. The nose piece is so far from the edge of the mask that it extends past the length of my nose! Since the nose bridge cannot be adjusted to the bridge of my nose, the padding does not completely seal my face. I cut the filling to fit better. I still think it will work just fine, it fits better than other n95 masks.
