Arrived just a few days after ordering. The software was easy to install. Driver installation was awful, couldn't get the driver to talk to the laser engraver, spent a week trying to get it to work, the driver kept telling me it couldn't load the driver. After that week I finally needed someone to come to my house and set it up for me. Another problem is that many of the video instructions for installing the driver, our pictures and are written in Chinese, it is very difficult to understand how to run the program.
