I love this thing. I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I use this unit as a desktop refrigerator for my insulin. I put the insulin on a cooling rack and cover it with an inverted coffee cup. The cup acts as an insulator to keep heat in. When traveling, diabetics need to carry insulin with them and then use the refrigerator in a hotel or motel. Not funny. In the office, you depend on a refrigerator in the break room. This device has a footprint of about 4 inches and works almost silently. It shuts down automatically, so it has to be restarted manually every few hours. Truckers can use this with a 120v power supply.
