UPDATE 11/2019: It has survived the move and is still performing at the same level as when I got it. I don't have kids or pets so this might help but I'm still impressed with the durability of this speaker. ORIGINAL 2016 REVIEW: It sounds, is affordable and looks good. As a newbie to the audio world, I honestly don't care much about sound quality. All I can say is that it plugs in easily and I hear what I'm supposed to hear (actors' voices, music, etc.) and don't hear what I'm not supposed to hear (fuzzy or rattling, etc.). i.e. ). ).I would recommend.
