Review on JOERIC Masonry Industrial Cemented Plastic by William Dean

Better Than Expected

Failed to load media. I let them see how well they would work on stone. Pros: - Carbide alloy shank - Tungsten carbide tip - Spider allows precise positioning - Smooth holes Cons: - No size. The bits are just under 5 inches tall and each bit weighs approximately 1.1 ounces. Bits with case weigh approximately 6.7 ounces. 1/4 shanks are strong and durable. What I liked about this product is that they worked. Nozzles for wood, PVC, brick and stone. The drills penetrated all tested materials. There are 5 attachments, so they should serve you for a while. Even after the end of the test, the tip retained its sharpness. It took about 5-10 seconds to drill a 1 inch diameter hole in the rock. I regularly filled the holes with water to keep the tip from overheating. It slowly and steadily permeated all tested materials. I couldn't find anything about the guarantee either in the product description or in the product information. Overall this item was great for my needs and I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to drill a hole in tougher material. I ended up using these chisels to drill holes in the rock for anchors. It took them a little longer to drill through the harder rock, but they did it. Excellent bits that deliver a consistent hole without the use of a punch. Just remember to take your time and let the drill do the cutting.

Pros
  • EASY CHIP REMOVAL: U-groove design with fast dust removal, 1/4 hex shank keeps the drill firmly and stably in the drill.
Cons
  • Some errors
