When I look for items like this I feel like you can never tell from reviews unless they are terrible because everyone had different expectations. We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to have multiple cameras throughout the house. I was looking for the once nondescript, and this. I didn't care about the battery life, since I usually plug it in and hang it up, it never struck me as odd. But I see where others wouldn't want to, so that would be the only improvement I could see. The company can try to do this. At first I was just trying to set it up. I followed the instructions but I have several and wanted to see them all in one application. I actually watched a YouTube video and found it a lot easier to set up (you know, following the instructions and stuff. lol). So far I'm very happy with this camera/watch.
