I like that it is very easy to use with all my existing programs running at once! It also uses little power so there's no need for additional hardware or software upgrades as needed when using other similar products out there (such as Microsoft PowerBI). The interface could be improved but this can easily be fixed if you are willing to put some time into understanding how things work. Also, sometimes it takes more than one attempt before getting results back from an analysis run through decisiionAI. This has led me to believe their support team needs improvement - they do not respond quickly enough nor often enough after issues arise. We've been able to solve many problems we had previously encountered while working within our organization such as solving internal supply chain issues.
