Very good for the price.

I chose this product because the manufacturers eat up the weight in it. I've started buying and selling bikes that need tweaking, and I'm working on everything from single speed cruisers, which are pretty heavy, to lightweight road bikes. The fat bike with tires in the picture weighed about 60 pounds and the stand held it up well. Overall it's solid and does its job well. The tension arm is made of aluminum and feels sturdy. The internal locking teeth seem to work very well, I haven't had any issues with them locking or sliding on me. The clamp itself is plastic and feels sturdy. The 3 legs don't seem long enough to prevent rocking when adjusting gears, but that's okay because you don't have to pedal hard to do it. Sometimes it also spins if you pedal too hard in the air. My only complaint is that I knew this was going to be a problem when I looked at this article. The clamp is adjustable and locks in place with a wheel-type hand screw. It works well and closes tightly, but if you're holding a heavy bike you should be able to do it with one hand for 10-20 seconds while tightening. This isn't a big deal if you ride road or light mountain bikes, but if you have cruisers, e-bikes, fat bikes or whatever it can be a problem. In general I am very satisfied. This is a high performance item and for the price I paid for it I will certainly justify my money and then some others. And unlike other stands in this price range I don't think it will have any parts if it breaks or malfunctions. I would recommend this stand to anyone on a budget, working with heavy bikes, or looking to add a second one. stand at his place of work but don't want to spend a lot of money on a quality stand.
