I definitely have experience with yo-yos. At first the yo-yo was wobbly when I threw it, so I applied the tiniest amount of WD-40 to lubricate the bearings. Now it's nice and smooth and stays down for at least 45 seconds on a good throw. I wrapped the bowstring 4 times around the bearing as I please. Make sure the line is neatly wrapped around the bearing for balance with each cast.
