Terrific idea! on my review.
What a great idea! Takes up much less space, with more knives, than the old wooden block. Hygienic. And light enough so that you can move it easily to the work area in your kitchen where you are prepping/slicing/dicing - to have all your knives to hand. The transparent body shows off my shiny, stainless knives, and the whole thing looks good in our remodeled kitchen.
- You can easily store your knives in a drawer with the block holder.
- Can be difficult to clean if not washed after every use
