Good sponges but use caution when cleaning knives
I have tried silicone sponges in the past and generally found them a bit useless when working with products that are a little sticky or stuck to the plate/gut etc. similar to traditional cleaning wipes and do not suffer from these problems. The only downside I've found is that they're a bit prone to lacerations when cleaning knives if you're not careful. This is the only real flaw I've found in these sponges.
